We always pay particular attention to the production routing. The company is equipped with advanced information system for the complete management of his departments. At the time of the order, the identification system assigns a progressive code to the product and keeps  the original product’s code of the customer. This allows a tracking of every step for ten years.
A special attention is paid to the index’s modification:

A) First of all a FMEA process is done then a production routing is assigned afterwards the production may start enclosed with  its documentation.
B) Afterwards the production planning carries out the machine load and fix the delivery date according to the customer agreement.
At  the beginning of the production routing, quality dept. issues the process inspection plan the a full track is done on every production step by means of SPC.
The attention to the product’s handling is extremely careful.

In case of needing the production dept. may subcontract the work to its reliable suppliers. More quality controls are done at the end of the production process according to the EN regulations. The packaging is agreed with the customer in conformity with the highest quality standards.

Each package is identified with an ODETTE RIDOTTO adhesive label,  bearing all identification data of the product as well as a progressive number of weighing in order to have full traceability in time.
